Swishstar blinked and nodded at Darkstar. He had been zoning out...staring at Crystalheart. Now he turned away, glancing around at the cats. He'd heard some of the cats mention WindClan, and now he noticed that their scent was absent. He frowned and murmured to Darkstar, I wonder where WindClan is... Surely something hadn't happened to them. Maybe they were just slowed down by something...but what?

Crystalheart turned her head as if feeling see was being watched she spotted Swishstar and smiled. Waving her tail in greeting to him her soft gentle eyes sparkled as she rested her gaze on his for a few moments before slowly turning her head. Seeing Angelpaw and Skypaw 'like me and meadowsong' she thought happily as she looked back towards Meadowsong.

Swishstar's eyes sparkled as she looked at him. Thoughts ran through his head; What's happening to me? What is this feeling? His heart sank when she looked away; he couldn't bring himself to talk to her. He just hoped that she would speak to him before WindClan came. He blinked and stared at her soft, creamy fur. So beautiful.

Darkstar.

The dark tom looked down at Smallclaw, his ear twitching slightly. 'Yes Smallclaw?' he mewed roughly, the tom's amber eyes flickering lightly as he quickly shruged to Swishstar in answer to his question.

Skypaw.

The young apprentice gave a purr, her blue gaze sparkling softly as she nodded, thinking about her question as she pulled herself into a sitting position. 'It's alright, same as shadowclan I presume,' she mewed, twitching her ear towards Swishstar. 'Swishstar is my mentor.' She shrugged, swip[ing her tongue briefly over on paw.

Smallclaw focused back on Darkstar and eery feeling rousing his calm state; Emerald met amber and he was silent for a heartbeat; through faintly narrowed rays he parted his jaws to speak. "Are you to mention ThunderClans attack?" he growled, turning his face away to stare back into the crowd of gathered cats.

Meadowsong nodded her head to Crystalheart. "Yes, he is. What about you? Do you have a mate yet Crystalheart?" She asked her eyes glittering with happiness and curuoisity. She licked her chest self-conciencely before she looked up again.

Milkfur

Milkfur glided in after Wolfsnow, smiling a bit at the tom. She settled down next to him, before noticing Fernstorm speaking with Angelpaw, before the young apprentice bounded off. She glanced at Wolfsnow. "Ill be right back," she assured, rasping her tongue lovingly over his ear. "I want to talk with Fernstorm for a while." She stood, her ivory pelt shimmering in the moonlight, as she padded over to the she-cat. “Fernstorm,” she greeted, smiling. Her blue eyes crinkled slightly. “How has the prey been running? I hear you’ve gotten a new apprentice.” She motioned with a flick of her tail towards Angelpaw. “Was that her?”

Berrypaw

Berrypaw decided it was best to leave Cinderpaw and Spiritpaw to themselves. Sighing, she turned, glancing around the clearing, until she spotted Skypaw, and Angelpaw. She smiled, knowing her fellow Clanmate would not ignore her. And besides, she had never met Skypaw before. It was always nice to meet someone new. She bounded over, her long fur shining in the light. “Hello Angelpaw.” She glanced at Skypaw. “I’m Berrypaw. I’m from ShadowClan. Who’re you?” She purred inquisitively.

Skypaw.

Skypaw's blue gaze flickered towards Berrypaw as she gave a small purr, brightened up by the two shadowclan apprentices as she flicked her tail in greeting to Berrypaw. 'Skypaw, RiverClan,' she mewed, dipping her head slightly before glancing at Angelpaw.

Fernstorm.

The silver she-cat gave a bright purr, blinking warmly at Milkfur as she came over. 'Fine, Fine, That was Angelpaw, Meadowsong's apprentice.' she purred, flicking her ear towards berrypaw before glancing again up at Smallclaw. 'My apprentice is Berrypaw, the creamy white apprentice over here,' she mewed brightly, looking back to Milkfur.

Darkstar.

Darkstar gave a deep growl, glancing at the thunderclan leader before nodding slightly. 'I'll challenge her once it is our turn to speak, we don't want too much of a fight this gathering,' he muttered to the deputy before sitting up straight and giving a small wave of his tail to Meadowsong and Crystalheart.

[dawnstar]

Dawnstar watched with narrowed eyes at the surrounding cats. She gave no mind to the two leaders yet, as she curled her long tail around her paws.

"Windclan better get here soon, before sunrise." She growled. She glanced over at the others who took spots at the tree and her eyes only narrowed more as she caught a glance of Smallclaw and Darkstar speaking lowly to eachother.

Whatever it was they were speaking of, she was ready.

Lionfang started to get an ickling feeling that the gathering would turn out a lot like the last, as he glanced up at the leaders and deputies.

But looking out at the gathered cats, there were no narrowed eyes, or anything.

Wasn't this what Gatherings were about? Cats coming together to talk the way they usually can't?

[/b] She meowed. Who's this? A smile was on her face as she hid her emotions of jelousy. Her fur felt hot and her claws dugg into the ground.

Dreampaw nodded back as her cousin walked pasted her. She looked around for something to do. She was really excited. Ripplepaw and her had gotten to come, even though they were just Apprenticed. She spotted Skypaw instantly, along with Angelpaw and Berrypaw. Smiling happily, she ran towards them. Hey Skypaw! She meowed, coming to a stop near the other Apprentice, her white tail high.

Skypaw.

The tabby apprentice gave a purr as Dreampaw came over, giving her tail a light flick to the older apprentice before she turned her gaze to Angelpaw and Berrypaw. 'Angelpaw, Berrypaw, This is Dreampaw, Dreampaw, Berrypaw and Angelpaw of ShadowClan,' she mewed, flicking her tail to each of them in turn before turning her gaze to the log as she relised WindClan wasn't there.

Smallclaw returned an icy glare to Dawnstar as she looked in their direction, he flickered his gaze to his own leader once more as he spoke. "Alright." he growled, not in a challenging way but his bold deep voice was on it default anyways. Glancing towards the crowd Smallclaw decided while the gathering had not begun yet he would approach Fernstorm out of curiosity. "Hello," he meowed, licking Fernstorm ober the head gently, "Greetings." he dipped his head in welcoming, but also kept a strong authority.

[/b] She meowed awkwardly to Berrypaw, completely forgeting to say hi to Angelpaw. So .... W-When did you become an apprentice? She stammered slightly. Her fur prickled with a strange feeling. Certainly Skypaw would notice and if she did notice, what would the older Apprentice say to her?

Crystalheart smiled "I dont know yet." she purred her tail curling in delight "Im hoping its Swishstar." she whispered only for her friend to hear. "Ill be right back im going to talk to him." she purred geting up and gracefully made her way to Swishstar her soft blue gaze rested on his as she stopped just before him. "Hi Swishstar are you enjoying the gathering?" she purred warmly.

Angelpaw purred "Hey Berrypaw!" she mewed warmly turning her soft stare to Dreampaw. "Greetings Dreampaw would you like to sit with us?" She asked smiling warmly to her as she turned her head to Berrypaw "Would you like to sit down too?" she asked happily.

Severedstar sliped quietly into the area. She looked behind her at the chosen cats. She made sure that they were all there. 'Good...let's go then...' she thought. She signaled with her tail and sliped into the area. She paded over to Darkstar and Swishstar. She sat down infront of them both and gave a nod of hello.
